Trách nhiệm:

 

- Quản lý và viếng thăm các khách hàng có sẵn tập trung các khách chính

- Phát triển khách hàng mới

- Quản lý và cập nhập hệ thống Chăm Sóc Khách hàng CRM

- Phát triển các giải pháp cho Khách hàng

- Tổ chức các buổi hội thảo cho các khách hàng quan trọng

 

 

Key areas of responsibility

-  Manage and visit existing accounts with focus on P (Penetration), F (Farming), and key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction

- Establish new accounts by identifying and visiting NVPC (Non-Visit Potential Company)

- Drive and update sales pipelines in CRM actively

- Update CRM regularly (daily) according to policy

- Provide and present MT products and applications to customers

- Provide on-site seminars to P or key accounts mainly

- Comply with corporate guidelines

- Regularly interact with other departments to ensure a smooth business process

Job Requirement


Yêu cầu học vấn

- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành: Tự Động Hóa, Cơ Điện Tử, Điện Tử hoặc Cơ khí

- Giao tiế, viết và thuyết trình tiếng anh

 

Kinh nghiệm làm việc

- ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh kỹ thuật

- Am hiểu về thị trường và lĩnh vực ( Thực phẩm đồ uống, Sản xuất dược phẩm)

 

Qualifications
• Bachelor in engineering (Automation, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics)
• Good at English, written and spoken

Experience
• At least 1 years in sales (preferably of equipment to industrial clients)

• Understanding of local market and key segments (Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical)

Skills and Personality
• Convincing presenter and professional communicator
• Action-oriented and self-motivated, outspoken with excellent listening abilities
• Dynamic and adaptive, looking to develop her/himself continuously
